Returns & Refunds Policy

At Tech Quest Web Solutions Inc., we aim to provide high-quality printers and a hassle-free shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our returns and refund policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return a product within 15 days from the delivery date if:
✔ The product is in its original packaging, unused, and in resellable condition.
✔ All accessories, manuals, and included items are intact.
✔ The product is not a non-returnable item (see Section 3).

2. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, follow these steps:
1️⃣ Contact Us at info@techquestt.com with your order number and reason for return.
2️⃣ Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
3️⃣ Pack the product securely and ship it back to the address provided.
4️⃣ Once received, we will inspect the item and process your refund or exchange.

📢 Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item received).

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:
❌ Opened or used printer ink/toner cartridges.
❌ Printers that have been used, modified, or damaged by improper handling.
❌ Special-order or clearance items marked as Final Sale.

4. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 7 days to your original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchanges

  • If you received a defective or incorrect product, we will provide a replacement at no extra cost.
  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request an exchange.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.

7. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled before shipment for a full refund.
  • If your order has already been shipped, it must be returned following our return process.
